All general laws in their application to the borough and all ordinances and bylaws of the borough shall continue in full force and effect, except insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this charter. All special acts or parts of special acts relating to the borough of Danielson, inconsistent with the provisions of this charter are repealed.
